I can tell that a lot of effort was put into this game. I love the original art and the parallax effect as you move the mouse around the screen.
There are some functionality issues, such as that it's difficult to close the shop once it's open. It would also be cool have some kind of UI element for if the plant needs shade or the heat coil.
You could have added some sound effects. Maybe something when you interacted with the plant, or even just some background music.
That said, this is an awesome project, and you should be really proud of it. I know it takes a lot of bravery to submit your work to a competition. Thanks for a fantastic submission!
Not to be rude or anything, but there is sound effects and backround music, but i am sorry if it sounded sarcastic! Maybe your sound output isn't right? Like there has always been sound.
Hi! This is my students game he has made! I find this to be very impressive as he is only 8 yrs old! He made this on freetime for about 3 days and he's already done! Thanks for having this it really helps a-lot.
