Very well written! I included it in my compilation video series of the My First Game Jam, if you would like to check it out!

I like this a lot, I think you captured that dream-floaty feel with your writing. It feels like a dream on the verge of realving it's a nightmare.

This is really interesting! The disconnected dreaminess of it (and the different colors) reminds me a bit of the classic text adventure Photopia. The writing is really good. The words are sometimes put together in strange, unexpected ways that enhances the dream-like quality of the piece. There's no real conclusion and no real answers, but it's better that way. There are hints of something deeper (losing your mother tongue, being a new person in a new land, losing connection to your self when you lose connection to your home, etc) that are super interesting and insightful.

Overall, really cool! I enjoyed it a lot.

@onetucker, I'm new to Itchi.io so I don't know how to reply to comments, I don't see a reply button. But yes, it is halfway a poem and a dream. I wanted the game to contain a dream-like sequence. There was supposed to be three endings, but with the time constraint and aimlessness, there ended up being two. I guess I can say it's up to the reader decide for their own interpretation and names were purposefully left out. I hope I don't sound pretentious lol. Thanks so much for the comment.

Is this a poem? A story of a person traveling between worlds, stalked by a menacing presence? Is it a dream? Can I ever really know who "I" am? Or "my" lover?

I don't know but I do know that whatever the answers, I liked it. I went through it a couple times and I'm not sure I saw everything there is to see. Great job, especially for the time you had.
