How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
Special Object "Turret" is what the player is controlling
The theme "Annoying Ads" is implemented via ads annoying the players as they try to survive. They do yield viable upgrades tho sometimes.
Enemies spawn rates, their hp and the money they grant, increases over time, effectively increasing gameplay intensity.
Each new game start has a new, randomized seed. So maybe try again if you had bad luck at your first try.

With movement, it could be just brilliant! Shoot impact is so satisfying

Yes, with the character moving On the other side, without moving, banners so annoying. Mb it’s even better
I really liked it! I love how the ads are upgrades and not just an annoyance. Could have had a background to make it look less like a demo build though. If the jam was longer I could totally see more upgrades and zombies.
We are really unhappy that we had to submit with a placeholder background too. Unfortunately we had issues creating one before deadline :/
There are in fact a few leftover assets which did not make it into the game due to time pressure.

yeh i like the theme implementation but maybe the game is too slow
Sadly we had no time balancing stuff properly. We ran out of time and Balancing was done a few minutes before submit :/
I'm not happy with the Ad's pricing formula and enemy spawn rate either.
I agree the start phase is slow paced but enemy spawn rate does increase over time tho, combined with enemies getting tankier, you will experience a more hectic gameplay if you survive long enough.
