First, I think you should add some sound and music into the game, which make its more fun to play. Second, the game is just more like a patient challenge than a skill challenge, you should make its harder depend on how long the player survived, to the point that you need a "Real skill" than "Spamming". Keep improving, good job!

A good simple game. I would suggest upping the character's movement speed so that you can get to the other side of the screen in time for the next orb.

use of the limitation is kinda ehh, and it is very bland if its the same thing all over again, i would recommend adding a difficulty curve to keep the player try to get higher and higher scores
