No ground and web theme informed the idea that the game took place in cyber space. It made the pun of it being on a web server click for me, hope it's clear in the game.

I like the usage of the theme. I didn't think of anything besides spiderwebs lol. It took me a second to realize the enemies parody Microsoft programs hahaha.
GradientOGames already brought up the pixel art mismatch so I won't rehash.
It did start a tad bit difficult early, but I got the hang of it after a few tries, so all good.
Regarding the inputs, hitting the keys for the numbers was a bit difficult, but not impossible so that was ok. Apart from that, I did have a slight issue with having to click LMB constantly. Maybe allowing the player to hold down and auto fire in time with the cooldowns might feel a bit more comfortable, while also having the existing option.
Otherwise, it was fun to play :)
you should also upload a web version, it will help you to reach more people.
How do you do that? I've seen the webgl on unity but I always get errors and I'm not well versed in it. If you have a link to some docs to read or a video to view so I can do it for the next jam I'll give you a discount on my free games :3
Travel through the web, to destroy the Debug spider! I loved it! This is so creative! Great game!
Good game, good desicion in take grafical style.
I'm liking the pixel art, however you should never pixel mismatch. Every pixel in your game should be the same size, so either make mismatched things larger or smaller, or draw them larger or smaller.
fun game tho :)
Thanks for the feedback, I'll keep that in mind the next time I jam
