you can sacrifice the rare items you collect to save you in the last moment but in the end you will always fail.

it looks even stylish but slow
Not bad, I liked the game, and honestly was really impressed this was made in 8.0 Pro. When you start getting more orbs is when the fun starts ramping up, though as soon as I got my 3rd one, I died :(. Great game though!
Thanks for playing. You can sacrifice an orb for more health with space.it's not good communicated in the game.
Took me a while to get into this, but I'm so glad I stuck with it!
I loved the different attack patterns, and felt they all complemented each other really well. The skull mines were a nice tradeoff between risk and damage compared to the magic missile's reliable but weak shot, and the sword was too rare to be relied upon but oh so satisfying when it landed! Also really liked that the enemies had the same moves available.
The mechanic of finding pillars to unlock new orbs was simple to understand but worked really well.
Particle effects on shots and lighting added a nice bit of visual flair :) would love to have some music to go with if you update post jam.
Always love an Army of Darkness reference!
Thank you for this nice review. glad that you got stuck and find the good stuff. I'm quite happy how it turned out at the end, but maybe I will make a post jam update with some fixes and music aswell.
I thought the idea and concept were really cool and i really liked the combat however it was all a bit crazy for me and there was to much going on. overall i thought the idea was really cool and can't wait to see more.
thank you. was quite fun to make aswell.
