Hi! I'm new to game development in the grand scheme of things, but I've still spent hundreds of hours working on the programming and art for personal game projects. I would love to join or form a team with other people who are similarly new. I'm definitely best at programming as I can code in c#, java and python confidently. I can also do a bit of3D modeling and some supremely poor 2d art, although I don't think that's where my skill set lies.
