As an audio person, I loved the foley and the music! It really heightened the tension and I could feel my anxiety rising whilst looking for the cans! It did feel like I couldn't win using strategy and that the cans just appeared at random, but I think it's a solid submission, well done!
Very creepy atmosphere, and difficulty seems well balanced! I was 2 short on my first run and 2 over in my second! This would be a good foundation for some additional mechanics, like making it into a survival horror with additional threats. Some things I thought would be nice additions were footsteps, a more gradual transition to dark for increasing dread and perhaps an adaptive soundtrack that gets creepier the closer it is to midnight and the less bottles you have!
