The post said "It's absolutely fine if you do not finish your game in time. You can submit it late within 6-HOURS after the submission window closes!"
Our team took that to heart and wanted to make sure we're doing the best game we can with all extra time, but it seems despite that sentence that the submissions are now closed with no way to submit anything new.
