Failed Submission Due to “Itch Server Error”

Hello, Safe In Our World! I worked together with a team to create a game for this jam, but when I tried several times  to submit during the last ten minutes before the deadline, I kept receiving an error message about an Itch server error.  I am not certain why this happened, as I can see that other games were submitted in the window during which I was trying to submit my project...I was trying to submit from my workplace before my shift started, but perhaps my internet connection was too weak.

Is there any way to get this game included in the jam submissions? As you can see on the game page, it was last updated before the deadline. Of course, if it's not possible to get the game into the submissions at this time, my teammates and I fully understand; we just wanted to try and share what we were able to put together with you. We thank you for taking the time to host this jam and look through all of the questions, comments, and submissions. :)

Hey owl, these things happen! Here is your submission link for your game - it will only work once and you can only add the game from your profile. Please let us know if you have any difficulties and we can figure something else out.

Hi again, Safe In Our World! The special submission link worked perfectly! Thank you so much for your understanding; the themes behind this jam really resonated with the in Fluorescence team, so we're very excited to be able to have our game included in the official submissions :)

Amazing, that is great to hear and it means a lot to us too that the themes resonated with you. Thank you for taking part and good luck!
