  • Truly impressed by the level of detail that you were able to accomplish within a week. The nightmarish qualities really feel like they take advantage of VR as a medium. I like how there were parallels between each of the levels, but that in each the baton keys, feedback cues, and feelings of movement felt environmentally related. The level of detail and thought really shone through: the skull baton keys, for instance, as well as the fogging-up of the screen in the space scene. Also liked how there were narrative elements and am curious as to how that may be developed out more in the future.

Description
Play Vreaming and get Control over your Dreams!

But lookout, like everything in Life, each Dream fastly Decays into a Nightmare that controls you. So you better move fast!

We tried to bring to life some of the craziest Dreams we could ever think of; changing, each time, how the Player Controls their movement and surroundings, with the Intent of replicating that Dream feeling in which reality touches the imaginary.

We also wanted to give a sense of Contrast and Inconsistency, cause Dreams are full of it, so that Users cannot really expect what it will happen Next. Each Dream will soon become it's opposite, but no worries, if things become too Scary, you can just Wake UP! :D

We are super glad to join the hackathon, it was a very tiring week but we managed to pull off our scope as intended. Vreaming was entirely developed from scratch, from the scripts to the environment art and animations.

This demo "feels" like BioShock 1 within it's atmosphere. From me that's a big compliment. This was really creative and was actually kinda scary at particular designed moments. I also like the concept of experiencing dreams. Very intimate in concept.
