Simple, publish the project as restricted, then gather all the friends you know with low-end PCs and ask them to test the game. I myself have a low-ender so if you want you can contact me on Discord and I can try for you. But if you want things to be simpler, just make options to decrease graphics as that's usually what people do to increase performance.
