It is a good idea to loop back to the beginning of the game, this makes it easier for players to play multiple times. Well done! I don't have your html file, so it's more difficult to have an overview of your game, but I think you can reorganize it in such a way that when people "forget" to do/take certain things, they won't be able to escape with the escape pod. This would make your game more immersive.
Good game, too bad that the tasks don't disappear when you've completed them. Otherwise, the game was a lot of fun and i really liked the idea.
