The game is really funny and the idea is crazy. I like the mix of 2d / 3d and the art is great. The battle controls are bit tricky

I really like the style and the look of protagonist! Music also makes me really pumped up for the hunt! :D

imho snail boss is way too hard, I got wrecked badly. Can't really hit him more than once, getting pushed back by the acid constantly :(.

Thanks for giving the game a try! The snail boss's difficulty is definitely a problem of only having developers test the fight, since we know the attack pattern and the hitboxes it was easier for us, that balance problem is something that we will keep in mind in future games.

And I'm glad you like the protagonist!, it's a shame that his face can't be really seen in game, so here's the concept art.

Hey, guys!

I loved your game! The menus are so cool. The part where the knife comes down whenever you pick a boss I think it was a great touch.

Here are some of my thoughts on it! :D

The menu was really cool! Loved the spinning axe in the loading part.
The player controller felt really smooth overall! That was a really nice touch taking in consideration the 2D in 3D integration.
The overall design of the game's sprites match great together! I love the design.
The sounds whenever you are receiving damage are really funny. Great job with that!
I think the 2D/3D combination is great
I would add a boss health bar.
With the snail boss, whenever the goo hit me it would always move me backwards. It would've been nice if it move you the way you were going.
You could work on the lights a little bit.
The water shader is awesome!
I was never able to get a recipe even though I got the ingredients the hit said D:
Maybe stop the goo from damaging you when it is almost not visible? It was a little hard to distinguish where I could step or not while it was disappearing.
The squid design is amazing! :D

Great job!! I hope to see more from you guys :D
