The pixel art level is good, the animation also and it goes the same for the music. However, it misses some feedback, for example the player when he gets hit, indeed, we see only the health bar decrease, but it is barely noticeable, so with a little hurt animation it will help to understand well, what happens to the character. And more important, I didn't know what to do in the game, what is the purpose ? except killing the enemies in our way. To finish, on a positive note, the character controls very well ! Anyway, gg to you !

I had a lot of fun messing around with the different spells in this game and finding out what each combination can do. However, I found the movement to be a bit clunky as the character seemed to stop when you cast spells, and then you couldn't move for a while after.

I also had issues seeing the mana bar due to the dark blue on a grey background so at the beginning I was wondering why I wasn't able to cast spells because I wasn't able to see the bar. But changing the colour to a lighter blue should quickly fix that problem.

Gameplay-wise it seems a bit empty at the moment as there is a huge map but very few enemies. I think making the map a little smaller and increasing the enemies would have made this game more interesting as it just feels like a gentle stroll in the park at the moment.

I found that after a while, I started using only one spell combination. I understand the time scale of the development, but adding variation to the enemies would have been a good addition to encourage you to switch up the spells, such as certain spells being more/less effective on certain enemies.

Overall I enjoyed the game's ideas, and I would highly recommend adding a thumbnail/cover to your itch page as at the moment the game seems to be getting overlooked, which is a big shame.
