How did you implement the theme?
I made a robot ecosystem of different robot types and predators, scrap as a sort of food for them, and natural death.
How did you add the special object?
The 3D printer is how you seed your robot ecosystem.

cool, if possible take a look at my game
I would love to try a browser enabled version! Do you have a link
Nice concept! This game has potential,i had fun building only scouts hoping to win.
Thanks!
This game has a lot of potential:) the current jam version is nice but the strategy is limited:
-Get print scout to get enough scrap for defender
-Get print defender to kill
-Get print builder to get scraps
It would be interesting to see an expansion! anyways great job!
Agreed! and thanks!
It's interesting, but all of the units feel pretty useless, the scout just runs around with no defenses. The printer builder just dies instantly and doesn't print anything, and getting scraps is too hard because it takes a while to understand the game.
I like the art, tho, so nice job!
Did you even get to use the defender? if you print a scout at first you basically get a free defender which 90% of the time goes in and annihilates the entire predator species and then you can clean up with one builder a lot of the time... Oh well
The scout basically just ran into the predators and died.
This is actually really helpful because its not clear enough that you should make good use of time as the enemy starts almost immediately.
I don't see how this is helpful. What's the point in spending the money in something that will die in less than 10 seconds? It doesn't even serve well to distract the predators cause it dies so quickly.
I meant your critique was helpful, so thank you. The game itself is more difficult than it should be because it isn't clear at first what to do or to do it right away.
Oh okay, no problem!
