I've been dabbling with alien race OCs for awhile now. There was an alien horror jam, and that gave me an excuse to work with them a bit before I revive the main project involving them. Plus, it was an excuse to write some verse poetry; I was introduced to the narrative form recently and have been playing around with it. I worked on it a little bit each day after work and tried to include a nice bit of automatic reactivity (such as the game keeping track of how many bullets you have). I really enjoyed how the overall tone turned out, and well as the blending of prose and verse.
