When faced with the genAI question, both checkboxes were empty. I assumed the first one was Yes and the second one No, but it wouldn't let me submit without having checked both boxes anyway. I didn't use any genAI or AI at all!
Okay, I have removed the check boxes for the time being and replaced them with a box with which to write a response in until I can get to my computer. Hopefully that's better than two weird blank boxes...
