I have a 1360*768 monitor and was unable to play the game properly, it was caught on the top and bottom half, might be a nice idea to work on the build settings to properly handle different resolutions
This is a issue multiple people sent me, i totally forgot that something like different monitors exist, so it was set to constant pixel size.
It will be fixed in future versions but yeah, didnt make it in time for the jam :D
Well if you ever get around to fixing it, please feel free to tell me, I'd love to try it out once I can :)
Ookay, should be pretty much fixed now- check the changelog or however its called ;)
i liked the idea! really fun and beautiful really liked your art! i would add more sound effects for stuff like planting and wataring the ground bus overall amazing game! one of the best games from this jam!
Thanks for the feedback!
Different sounds were a thing i wanted to add, but time got me :D
There will be more of them in future versions tho! :)
Very nice, I love a nice farm game! The idea of having the farming day be restricted based on your battery life is very cool, and the fact that everything grows in realtime and you have to juggle different things to maximize your output is nice. Fun dialogue sound and graphics too. I think this could be expanded in a great way.
My only critique is that I wish you could skip just the current dialogue and have it move to the next line. I pressed space expecting that to happen and it skipped over the entire tutorial. Also having a quite button would be ideal for when you finish the game.
Great job!
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated!
The tutorial was meant to be that way, but i was stitching it together in the last 30 minutes before deadline, so this is the best i could come up with :D
I like it
Thanks!
Really nice game, one of my favourite submissions! Genuinely stressful as you try and make money efficiently.
You sound like an efficient robot, woulda hire you, but i think its illegal nowadays..
Very nice game and looks very nice too. I like the art and the gameplay. Hope you improve the game and let us play the new version.
I am currently working on expanding it, so definitively! :)
Love this idea! Really liked the speaking sfx, somewhere between simlish and animal crossing - just wish there would have been more sound and music (shame about that breaking before the deadline).
Also really like the artstyle, though it was a bit unreadable whether or not soil was fertilized - and when the shriekers where done growing (I expect I was supposed to hear when they were grown up rather than seen).
I think this is something you could keep working on and release as a perfect "a bit too long of a bathroom break to skimp out on work" mobile game.
Greatly appreciate the feedback!
(I was very proud about the speaking fx)
And you are right - the shriekers were supposed to - well - shriek :D but time was tight
Again thanks for the feedback (might have to figure out how mobile games work)
This is really well done! I like the art style a lot and the core mechanics are working really well. There is a lot of room for expansion, which is also really nice.
10/10 would be a gardenbot again :)
I like it a lot !! The art is really nice. I wish you added music and more sound effects, but it was fun to play and the idea of the robot's battery as a timer is nice
Music actually is (was) there, but i was running tight on time and broke it minutes before the deadline :D
But thanks for the feedback! Much apreciated!
Joey is a true sigma male
A well estabilshed farmer indeed
cool idea. would love more feedback with sound effects or particles. Kinda took me a minute even after the tutorial to figure out what was going on. The art is lovely, and I wish you had more time to improve on the concept! Keep it up!
Yeah, I restarted my whole project halfway through because i didnt like it, so it was self-sabotage :D.
Thanks a lot for the feedback!!
