This game is similar to my game!

But, I think we both suffer the same problem that we have no time to make it deep and add more contents. So, can't really say much, but keep up the good work!

Very good concept and solid implementation, congrats! The game is easy to understand and to play, unfinished assets are expected for a game jam, I'd just recommend to try making "best effort" assets right away and not lose too much time with sketches, I also had a hard time interacting with objects and bringing them to the boat didn't do anything. Other than the small troubles, really solid submission!

Great work, little tips for the future tho:

-Its just overly simple. Dive down go really slow skim to the border get all the treasure go back up… not fun.

-Charachter visual looks like a very serious prototype not final. Keep it simple! I get it you want to overachieve! Just dont, its a game jam!

-Screensize doesnt fit properly, not sure if intentional.

-Overcomplicated UI, too much unnecessary text and values that dont really matter for what you are trying to achieve, a diving adventure game.

This is a game I could really see flourishing with more time spent. Great visuals though! Could have had some sound design or music.

Good job! I really think this fits well in the implementation. Could have done with some ambience like the player breathing. I like the realism with the risk of ascending too fast. I noticed some of the assets weren't fully drawn, but that's highly understandable. making drawing and submitting a game in just 72 hours is really hard. The UI also looked really nice with all of the meters in the top right. Nice job!

Good game. In level two, I collected all items but when I return to boat, nothing happened.

Good work on the game ! I really liked that you managed to create such a big game in a limited time , Here is my feedbacks:-

What I liked!:-

  • 1)  You can go  anywhere on the  sea and you can easily understand the game.
  • 2) A cool graphics
  • 3) Monitor system
  • 4)Had a goal to follow in game
  • 5) No bugs

What things need improvement:-

  • 1) As this game is made in godot , so you can add tween node to make the smooth transitions between player states, like going from idle to diving animations needs smoothness
  • 2) No sound!

Overall game is pretty good, Better theme implementations!
