I love the idea of this and like any puzzle game. I did not play that far but where I ended it was to ez for me.
This game is too easy! With that said, I like the concept, with some more mechanics and more ingenious puzzles it could be way better. I think the minimal artstyle works! With a bit more polish you could go with this kind of artstyle for a full game. maybe make the moss a bit more moss-y, maybe just with a bunch of green squares to keep with the artstyle. (yes I'm actively disagreeing with Catsanio's take :P)

Thank you for the feedback - and especially for the support for the artstyle! Sorry for the late response, I got distracted by other things - but I've picked this project up again and intend to turn it into into a full-fledged small game.
Good game. but sometimes confusing.
Are there any specific parts you are confused by?
you could have worked on the UX of the game. and how you show the burnt parts from fresh ones. it feels disturbing. but i get used to it. It is not a serious one

It's like you said. It ain't much, but it's honest work. It's fine, the concept is fun if a bit too easy, really my main problem is that the game should indicate more clearly when you finish a stage because I got stuck in one for a while because I didn't notice that I had finished it xD
Maybe that's just my fault, tho, lol
Nah, that's definitely on me for placing the buttons in the corners. I'll try to fix that in the future and think of some kind of level completion indicator.

I'll work on some more complex levels in the future, perhaps also add a move counter and/or a timer for high scores.
Aside from that you could trim out a few of the easier levels
