"RGS-RTTP Standard not found"  Does this require RM XP to be installed?  Cause I have it through steam, but I haven't been keeping it installed since I don't use it much.

It shouldn't. I thought the RGS-RTTP was included but I may have to add that into the files.

So I searched through the files and I see that the RTP is not included. Follow instructions I'll add in game page description to get it.
