I gave it another shot, had way more fun than I expected to. Got a score of 21200 and survived for 3:37 once I got the hang of it. Definitely weird to wield it effectively.
Only complaint is that the background color is a little hard on my eyes, so yeah, good job overall!
I found it super hard to play with the current control scheme: it was so difficult to be precise and not die. Since the shooting was done with the mouse, I would have prefered to target and shoot with it. ^^
This thing put aside, the idea of a quantic tank that can suffocate after some time is weird and I love it.
Interesting control scheme and gameplay loop, some way to heal mid-game would have been nice, but that's my only significant complaint.
Also, to anyone else to plays this who may think that this doesn't really meet the theme: technically the entire tank is a weapon, and the ability to phase through walls, bullets, other tanks, and also the air you need to breathe is pretty weird.
