If you’re confused about what to do, all I can recommend is listening to the sound queues. Every enemy has one except for the big one that shows up on screen. But I don’t think that one should be a problem.
The idea for the game is that people experiment and figure out how to win by trial and error, but I think I might have to add some sort of tutorial or a help page in the main menu.
