Game Description
Power On is an electric platformer where you control a little ball of energy moving about in a house's walls with the goal of overloading its electricity system. Manoeuver your way to five different power outlets to turn them all on, before making your way down to the house's trip switch. Flip this switch and the house's electricity system will overload, leaving your ball of energy to reap the rewards of your hard labour and steal all of the power from the house.
How does your game tie into the theme?
The aim of the game is to overload a house's electricity system by turning on all of the switches.

Nice game with a strong theme tie-in! I did have some trouble jumping on certain slopes and getting around certain platforms, so the next time you make a platforming game I would recommend adding some coyote time. I was still able to make it to the end though so great job overall!
The graphics are great!
Good platform but I did'nt understand if i got the end because it appeared the Game title
Loved the art! Very cutesy and warm! If you do end up continuing to work on this, I think integrating lighting or even more tangible gameplay elements revolving around electricity would be pretty neat. Like for example, maybe the player runs low on energy every time they power a light switch? Or maybe, they can get too much energy and overload. Regardless, found the game incredibly visually appealing! Keep it up!
Thanks so much for the suggestions! We definitely wanted to more features in but didn't because of the Jam's short time frame. If we are ever to expand the game we will be sure to keep your suggestions in mind!
It's a neat little platformer with simple puzzle elements. And I don't know if this is a bug or intentional but when I turn on the large breaker on the bottom-left (?) part of the stage, somehow my screen was partially covered by the game's title and the control becomes a bit choppy afterwards.
Hi! Thanks so much for the feedback! But I'm not entirely sure what is causing that to happen, but had to submit anyway, but thanks for pointing it out.
