How do I register on the site?

I tried registering on https://gameproducer.g-bits.com/pc but when I went to register it asked for a QQ number and WeChat number. I am from the UK and I don't have any of these. Is this neccessary? If so how do I get it?

Also do you have to be a college/ university student to join? If so, can I join from the University of Birmingham? Thanks

I checked with the organizer the https://gameproducer.g-bits.com/pc website is only for people with QQ account. For anyone without QQ account can just submit through itch.io then email [Brand-s@g-bits.com] to introduce your team, including the members' names, schools, and email addresses
