How does your submission match the theme?
Holding down the grind button can both speed you up and speed you down depending on which section of the rail you're on. The green zones between the white (safe) and red (hazardous) section both give you a visual indicator of the incoming hazard and provide a burst of speed if you manage to release or press the grind button while over them.
