The character is a die itself. In addition, it's dodge roll doubles both as the standard dodge roll in several games and as a way of generating (i.e.) rolling dice that are used in attacks.

Enjoyable game and concept! I really do think a background texture would've helped but a fun prototype! (also I beg, please if the game is going to be five minutes long have a longer musical loop)
Thanks for the feedback! I did try to do these things but ran out of time to do so :(
In all honesty I feel like I didn't quite do my concept justice in this game jam and felt that with just some better assets, content and polish my submission could have been so much more than it is currently. Maybe I'll make the concept into an actual game after this.
