Very simple, almost to a fault, but it does what it set out to do, to be sure.
The artwork and the music fit very well and it's very relaxing to play. Indeed, it needed perhaps some goal ? Great job
Really fits the feel of a board game, feels like a simple to grasp and set up game to play with someone, though in my personal opinion it could get a bit more since currently it feels a slight bit boring.
I agree, it gets super boring after a while. But it's meant to be a short childrens game. Of course, it's more fun to play with 2 players. I used to play something like this with real dice as a kid (before the age of computers). We called it "Find the one", with 1 being the sheep and 6 being the thunder.
Played it with my 4 year old son, he LOVED it. Especially the player vs player mode, so he could press the button for every roll.
Added next day: My son asked to play "Sheepies" again.
I played it with my girlfriend and we both thought it was great! It ran a little bit glitchy on my computer though
I played the whole thing through and through. Honestly not a bad experience. Most people will overlook this for some higher action games. I enjoyed it. Kinda like the game horse with a basketball. I didn't put a name in at the start and got a "AND THE WINNER IS: " with no name. Perhaps in that case, just put the text, "AND THE WINNER IS: Player". Not bad. "Player versus Player" generally is the right term, but for a kids game, maybe go with something like "head to head" or "Play with a friend".
Thank you for your reply.
I noticed the blank winner too, but didn't have time to fix it.
I like your suggestion for the play mode names, I will definitely change them, I'm thinking "Play against Computer" and "Play with a friend".
