I managed to get to level 53 and 2,912 points!
Neat game! It reminds me of games like Frogger. It’s been mentioned before, but if you hold the forward key, you can win almost every time (especially in the early levels). Even if you play “properly,” I still feel like the game is way too easy and probably could have been made a bit harder. Ten seconds is a good duration for the timer I think, but maybe more cars on the roadway would have helped.
Starting around level 30, I noticed the cars were moving in the same pattern every level. I’m not sure if this is true for the whole game or just the higher levels.

Thank and yes the pattern is limited by the spawn timer which becomes constant around Level 25
