How does your game fit the theme?
The game revolves around a cube that you must scale in different ways to match various shapes that appear in time with a song. Additionally Scale could be used to refer to a musical scale so a rhythm game seemed appropriate

The visual design of this game is awesome and I love the simple, elegant design of the rhythm gameplay.  Easily the best looking game I've played in the Jam so far.  My game is also music themed, but doesn't look as great as yours! Excellent work.

Developer

Thank you so much! I definitely put a lot into making the game visually engaging and I'm glad it paid off!

Neat concept, though I found the game a little confusing. It's nice to see another music game, and this was a clever way to make it fit the theme!

Additionally, though this isn't really your fault, the use of Unreal Engine for this game not only necessitated me downloading a new version of my graphics driver to play it, but resulted in the game running so slowly on my laptop it almost gave me a bit of a headache.

Developer

Thank you for the kind words, the game definitely took me several tries to get used to playing and I made it, so I had the feeling it would be confusing for new players. If I were to make the game again I definitely wouldn't use Unreal, its not right for this kind of game, its just the engine I'm most comfortable with and its where I started prototyping ideas for the jam so I was stuck with it. The feedback is noted and appreciated!
