It looks very pretty! It's a shame you didn't get to implement the gameplay, but from your description it sounds like you're getting more efficient at game development so in future you may be able to achieve more in the same timeframe :)
I'm not sure what happened, but I tried playing your game and after placing my three tiles and watching the little guy create a campfire, the guy would keep going to the tree and back and then the game crashed.

This bug has been identified before uploading, but unfortunately there wasn't enough time to fix it.
Hopefully I can complete it next time.
