A fun version of this idea with excellent pixel art. I'm a sucker for good pixel art (if my own game didn't give that away)
Nice depth for such a short time, really wanted to see more. A bit rough at times with how the combat went but really enjoyable. Well done
The number of mechanics involved is impressive for a jam, I quite enjoyed trying to get bigger monsters to spawn and obliterating the hero. Unfortunately there's a bug where the hero suddenly turns super saiyan, annihilates my army, gains endgame level and leaves like a gigachad. Still enjoyed toying with the mechanics for a while. Well done!
Thank you very much for playing and for the input! Love to hear that you enjoyed it! Sadly that bug appeared right before we had to stop working on it to upload so we had very little time to try to squish it. However, after your description I might just call the gigachad Hero moments a feature!
