Nothing appears to be happening with the quests I've created sadly. I jumped ahead pretty late in the future, and also tried changing some of the objectives

Still, congrats on submitting to the jam!

Hey, thank you for checking the game :) Some things “happens” but since there is no feedback about it in the game you cannot know it ! Every night, the adventurers without a quest take a look at thoses availables and try to pick them up, but there’s a few rng involved and a difficulty scaling. Since the base adventurers aren’t so great, if you picked a diamond as a reward, this boost the quest difficulty too much and essentially make it unselectable by the early game adventurers.

Sorry, I couldn't get anything to happen. I noticed when you hover, the blank spots have tooltips, but I didn't see a way to get a reward on a quest, no icons (even blank) and didn't see a place to enter a number (guessing to give money maybe). Nobody ever was doing a quest, tried ending day a few times and making a bunch (or trying to, not sure if they counted). Just couldn't figure it out.

I had a similar idea as far as premise, but no idea on how to actually pull it off, so you got further than me in that regard, lol.

Yus, some of the quests mechanics aren’t finished, I did not have the time to implement the full logic.

Were you able to create a quest ?

Thank you for checking out the game !

I wasn't sure, since the quest wasn't taken, if I had to confirm or something or if it was set already. It seemed like maybe?

Developer

No there isn’t a confirmation process right now, your quest are pickable by adventurers during the night. There’s a few rng involved and if you are looking for some rare item (the only example here being the diamond), this boost the difficulty of the quest so much the adventurers aren’t quite skilled enough to take it and nobody will take the quest.
