How does your game fit the theme?
The control of the car goes out of control because the player is drunk. Also the craziness ramps up with the player shooting at other car/police and paying off cops.

It would be nice if the movement was coherent.
Not bad! Though maybe increasing the level of difficulty would benefit. I feel like the pacing was quite slow.
Oh and sometimes when I go to the side I get stuck there.
