• A perfect game jam game! Really fun simple concept! Immediately understandable and easy to pick up and play. Great execution and very fun, novel visuals too! The game was surprisingly polished as well! The attack animations were really well done. It's clear whoever animated them has animated for games before. They had a satisfying weight to them. They came out fast too. Many of the games being produced in our game jam make the rookie mistake of having attacks come out too slow, often because of long anticipation animations, but not yours! The combat is fast and satisfying. You really feel like you're pushing through the crowds too! And it's funny rescuing kids and having them follow you in a big swarm. Fantastic game! Oh yeah the music ands sound FX were good too! And I loved how the kids were themed after famous video game and manga characters haha. Really fun game! Please keep making games together, you are a good team!
