You used the "pick a side" theme so well making so the game has two sides, very good game, great concept, the only thing that annoyed me was that you can't swap the side in midair

very cool idea to have two sides but i noticed that there isn't any benefit to changing sides the dark side is definitely better because it has a double jump maybe adding a dash to the bright side would make things more balenced

the spike hitboxes are weird ( when making hitboxes , you should always make it smaller than the sprite , to make things more fair for the player ) and the jump is very short and floaty , gotta work on that too

but other than that the game is really fun , once you get used to it

I like the idea, it's fun and the gameplay, and it draws you in. I like that it changes music on each side, I'm a fan of the dark side. The only thing missing would be to improve the gameplay and some visual effects.
