I think Icoso forget to add a common rule in rules section and that's 
The build should be a Windows or Mac or Linus (So No board games, No Roblox and emulators games)

I think you will understand this bcoz every one cannot have a roblox account!!!
If we see in many jams, They will have this rule!!

I know you're uneasy about the reviews-without-plays situation, but it might be because of how difficult it is to actually play your game. You can't play it without a roblox account. it's impossible to get a good username for roblox, so folks need to decide on a new username (or temporary username, for a throw-away account). Then they need to download and install a runtime, before they can open your game.

This is the point at which I gave up. 

I know you probably don't wanna hear this, but I heartily recommend using something that will make a browser export. That reduces the friction for getting folks to try your game.
