Some of the mechanics are really interesting, the way that just making bottle caps doesn't directly contribute to your score is an interesting take on a clicker game. The market value of bottles fluctuating is a nice feature too, playing into both the luck theme and giving the player more strategic decisions. The casino is really tempting in the endgame to quadruple your score too.
