Talking points of your game
2D topdown blood sucking goodness! kill as many enemies before you meet your inevitable doom!

First game jam ever! it was definetly a struggle at times and stressful but regardless we are super happy to be able to submit something that is playable!

This was also my first 2D project and that ofcourse followed more interesting struggles... dam tilemaps..

Hope you enjoy!

Neat little sneak'em up with interesting Ideas. I encountered some bugs, though. Mainly, sometimes when I'm supposed to die, the game just freezes and nothing happens.

Thanks for the feedback! sorry about that can't say i spotted that in any of the testing.

It's ok. Mine also had a ton of bugs that I only noticed in the last 30 minutes. Turned my code into a horrible mess trying to fix them in time.

Panic bug fixing is never fun 🤣

Fun game, nice work! :)

One villager kept killing me even though I was getting him from behind :(

Thanks! Glad you like it.

Whatt a little bugger, due running around like a headless chicken with 3 hours to go didn't get as long as I'd liked to playtest.

Look. I'll say what I say every time this happens:

  • I like to use the itch client
  • The itch client requires you to tick the Windows box on your build for client users to be able to install your game
  • I'm not going to go out of my way to play a game that doesn't do this unless I'm sure of it's quality

Thanks for letting me know this. This was my first Jam and as a result I wasn't aware this needed to be done. I will make sure to do this next time, thanks!
