The first level is fun. I don't understand the second level. I think I'm supposed to collect the yellow dots? But I invariably end up on the outside edge with some dots still in the middle that I can't get back to.

Yeah we had some issues with the difficulty.
We tried to show a metaphor about "ideas" in each level. For the second one, it is retieving yellow dots like "gathering ideas".
You can go back up with blue segments. You may need to do a rotation at the right moment to help it go up along the path.
