Fun platformer. Hard to game-jam solo so congratulations on your submission. Level design was really nice I think. It builds up over time and is a natural progression.

Nice art work, though movement system feels a little floaty also enemies seem obsolete as they don't really pose any real threat with a such high rate weapon, you can try working on some other way that they attack the player and react to shots. Other than that good job and keep it up!! :D
Thanks for your advice! I would like to release a better post-jam version of the game after the voting and ratings for the submissions have officially ended. The game needs some balancing and polishing.

I would improve only one thing that in my opinion would make it a little more fun.
- The ability to shot the gun with Space bar or Right Ctrl)... This way you can play with only one hand (WASD+Space bar) (Arow Keys+Right Ctrl)
And Ive noticed that there is a bug that you cant jump while toutching boxes.. Maybe its the pivot from the player that is geting inside the boxes? Ive noticed that when you turn left>right or right>left your character moves a little, its probably a pivot problem.

Yeah, there are bugs with the colliders and jumping physics and sometimes the shooting animation breaks when shooting while jumping. I underestimated the scope of this game, as 10 days were not enough to finish even 50% of this game. This is my first game jam ever even though I have done various tutorial games before. I would like to release a post-jam version of this game in the near future that improves playability, more emphasis to the story, better art and music and more maps and bosses. I will consider your game controls suggestion so people can play with one hand. Thanks for your advice.
