Good concept, I think it fits the theme well, although like others are saying it was a bit hard to play because spacebar resets the level instead of making you fly upward.
The music and sounds fit the horror aspect of the game. The gameplay however, needs more polish. I think there could be more done to refine it. Like for example: making an effect, sound, or visual queue to make the player feel the energy absorption whenever they kill enemies. Some bugs I would like to mention: The spacebar just restarts the scene for some reason. The UI in the main menu is a bit cropped from the top and one of the buttons overlaps each other. The enemies at some point stop spawning leaving you with no more enemies to absorb and emptiness. Lastly, the credits button just leads you to an empty scene with a blue screen.
Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement and I guess everyone has to start somewhere.
