Me and my kid, Arlo, had been talking about making a game where the whole adventure is trying to do a mundane task, like brushing your teeth or picking your nose or popping a zit. We were both a bit sick and stuck inside for two weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, so we decided to lay around and finally make a game together. We collaborated on the music, look and general direction and he did a lot of playtesting.
