I found the story intriguing and love the character designs. I'm looking forward to seeing the full version!
Reframe is a game that takes a thoughtful look at one's psychological climate. There's no exaggeration or pretension in the way it portrays the characters' complicated lives, their self-image, and their reflections on life. Aspects like anxiety, insecurity, and self-deprecation are carefully explored through emotionally resonant dialogue and reflected in its supernatural elements. The music is beautifully composed, enhancing and perfectly complementing the game's overall tone.
I have loved this game since it came out. The art style takes a bit to get used to, but besides that I have been addicted. Every character is their own person, each having a personality, backstory, and reason for being who they are, where they are, and for a demo it feels so complete. The fighting is almost rhythm based, in the sense that when you verse a type of enemy enough certain moves will be blocked naturally. The story is very fun to go through, as a viewer of the Joe Vite channel or not, it has so much mystery and intrigue, combined with a sense of otherworldyness that makes it very charming. 100/10 game, I would definitely recommend.
