I love the wobbly animation when moving the player, ha! Definitely consider resetting the game without closing the application. I also was unable to hit any enemies when they were too close to me, the bullets went right through them. Other than that, I really enjoyed the game. Nice work.
I think it'd be better if walking over a mutation automatically applied it. The drag and drop was a little awkward. You also probably want to add knockback when you take damage from enemies. It's possible for an enemy to be so close that the bullets spawn behind them.

SqueeZ97 makes many epic games. Also I would recommend to try to speedrun in Shootosome., its really fun. The best time rn is 1 minute and 13 seconds.
