Theme Usage
I took "Descent into madness" as meaning something like chaos, so in this game you try to get as high a score as possible but eventually die because everything gets too chaotic and cluttered for you to handle.

Additional Notes
I tried to add controller support but could only test for PS5 so your mileage may vary.
