- The Trolley Problem was begging to have a game made out of it and I had no idea until you made this game. Awesome interpretation! This game was amusing and - as a whole - engaging. I would give some attention to the individual mechanics to make them "juicier" - different "views" of the trolley, more impactful animations, etc. This would be fun as a mobile game where you swipe to determine your direction. The music was POPPIN! Both the music and sprites enhanced the "feel" of the game perfectly. A small note: the dimensions of the game build were too large to fit on my 1080p screen. This did not effect judgement, just wanted to let you know.
- Love the concept of using the Trolly problem. Music was awesome! Nice job on the sound effects. Playing the game was simple and easy to understand, however I felt that the turning of the trolley could have felt better. New sprite for facing "south" maybe a nice sound effect when you turn. It would feel good on mobile being able to swipe to turn. Maybe a little more responsiveness in the turns. Great job and a great team! Sprites looked great, wish I could have seen them a little closer.
- Great job bringing in a classic moral problem as a game idea! Overall the gameplay works okay, but the street choice felt a little sluggish sometimes which caused me to miss some turns. Besides that, I understand the reasoning behind not being able to see the future grannies/kids/animals until you get to the intersection, but it would be great o be able to quickly start over once you know you've lost instead of having to wait until the trolley is done. No complaints about learning curve, very straight forward! Art and sound were great, and I love that it was all made during the jam! Only complaint here is the size/detail of the sprites can cause overlapping grannies/kids/animals to be hard to count in the later levels, making it more difficult to plan. The whole thing feels like a complete package that just needs a bit of polish and more levels. Great job!
