  • The art and environment was endearing and well fit for a schoolchild. The combat wasn't the most intuitive and I'm not sure if the zap was able to deal damage. There was some nice variation in the hazards and enemies just some more polish would have helped! --- 21/40

This was a pretty fun game, the art was all really nice, and I like the auto scrolling element to it. The only thing is, some collisions didn't seem to work and there was a point where the auto scrolling did stop and I couldn't progress through the level, nothing a good reset fixed however. Other than that, I really liked this game and I thought it was very fun :)

I like the concept going through through your younger years in education, I feel like that area is not explored much. Consider maybe remapping the attacks off of X and Z, these keys require you to take your fingers off of the essential movement keys. There are a couple of bugs, but it wouldn't be a jam game without them! Think about adding lose condition, I believe that would give more meaning to the player's actions.
