  • I always love a platformer! The theme is simple and I  enjoyed jumping about (it got my competitive streak going!). However, I struggled to see the educational value and explicit link with climate change within the game itself. You jump across melting ice but I wasn't sure what the impact of the rocks/clouds and fish etc were in the game?  Is the objective of the game to score as many points and stay alive? Does difficulty increase as a function of time as climate change progresses? (i.e., speeds up; ice melts more quickly etc). Thank you for the fun!

  • The game pushes you to keep moving which is great. I love the animations and art style.

The jumping is a little floaty and the hit boxes could be tightened a little.

The game doesn't focus on any of the three concepts mentioned on the game jam page, the main learning outcome is that the ice caps are melting.

  • Whilst this game was fun I felt it had limited educational values. I didn't learn anything about climate change through playing. The game mechanics were however good and nice art work.

Personally I thought this game was good, and I do admit I had a lot of fun playing it.  Also to be real with all of you I wouldn't change it that much as it stands right now!
